Petition from Mahrukh's inheritor
Petition from Haji Hasan, Mahrukh's inheritor, about land and water rights in Khalil Abad that were in the hands of Muhammad Hasan and Habib Allah. According to the writer, the property belongs to Mahrukh, sister of Habib Allah. Without providing any documents, the current owner claims that he had purchased this property from Muhammad Hasan's late father. The writer asks the addressee to ban construction on this property until the ownership issue is resolved.

Petition from the late Sayyid Javad's son-in-law regarding the writer's property that was in the hands of Muhammad Ibrahim, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn. Muhammad Ibrahim was son of Sayyid Javad's sister and has claimed this property as his mother's share of the inheritance. The author writes about receiving Mahd ‘Ulya's letter via Khvajah Sa‘id, in which she asks the writer to mediate on behalf of Sahib Khanum. In response, Nasir al-Din Shah writes on the margin that the village Sahib Khanum wants is an important property for the government and promises to look after her in another way.

Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1863 or 1864
When the late Muhammad Shah's sisters visited Nasir al-Din Shah, Sahib Khanum asked Mahd-i ‘Ulya, in the presence of Anis al-Dawlah, to convey her plea to Nasir al-Din Shah. She claimed that her share of Punak property, now seized by Asif al-Dawlah and his sons, was her wedding gift from Zill al-Sultan. She was deprived of the property interest that she relied on for her family expenses. The houses in the property were destroyed and she was not given any compensation, which even Mirza Taqi Khan had stated was her right. Also, the author talks about Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)'s request to be sent to Hamadan in order to be further from Tuti Khanum as she will not give up on her claim and will create problems for him.

About the murder and blood money of Faraj Allah Khan
The author discusses the murder of Faraj Allah Khan, negotiation with victim’s son, and suggests two alternatives as the blood money. The first alternative is to make a marriage arrangement between a girl from the murderer's side and one of the victim’s inheritors, as well as paying fifty tumans. The second suggestion is to transfer all the murderer’s belongings to the victim’s inheritors. Faraj Allah's family has not accepted these suggestions and is asking for one hundred tumans.
